Ensuren's Leadership TeamEnsuren's key executives have over 80 years of experience in the computer industry including information security, network engineering, enterprise management, system engineering, and database engineering.

Ken Miller is the Chief Executive Officer and has 20 years experience in business and information technology. Mr. Miller received his B.S. from the University of Missouri and his MBA in Management Information Systems from Northern Arizona University. Mr. Miller served on the Board of Directors for the Credit Union of Denver from 1989 through 1991 and later accepted the position of Chief Technology Officer with that institution.  Mr. Miller has also successfully run his own business focusing on Year 2000 compliance within the financial industry.  Mr. Miller also worked in an entrepreneurial role for Circadence Corporation with direct responsibility for staffing, design, and deployment of an Internet acceleration service. While there, Mr. Miller was responsible for procuring, designing, deploying, and securing a private extranet with related network operation centers, data centers, and computing labs. This service was operational in the US and Canada by March 2001.

Dale Zink is the Chief Operating Officer and has 15 years experience in business and information technology.   Mr. Zink received his BS in Accounting from Purdue University.  Mr. Zink began his career at Arthur Andersen as a corporate tax accountant, before moving into private industry.  He has held various positions in the Technology, Services, and Distribution industries, including, VP of Finance, Chief Technology Officer, Director of Network Operations, and most recently CFO and CIO for Martin Management, Inc.

Stephen Wostal is the Chief Engineer and has 10 years experience in enterprise management and software engineering. Mr. Wostal received his B.B.A. degree in Business Computer Systems from New Mexico State University.  While at New Mexico State University, Mr. Wostal completed two separate internships at IBM Federal Systems where he architected systems complying with Department of Defense (DOD) confidential security restrictions.  Mr. Wostal continued his employment with IBM, where he pioneered the application of emerging technology to provide intrusion detection and avoidance services for the DOD Confidential Network.  Mr. Wostal has also held positions with Hewlett-Packard, Lucent Technologies, and Circadence Corporation, focusing on enterprise management.  Mr. Wostal is a recognized author for in-forum magazine and serves on the Board of Directors for Hewlett-Packard's OpenView Forum International.

Jim Stanley is VP of Sales and Marketing.  Mr. Stanley brings a wealth of experience from such controls vendors as Honeywell and Emerson (Westinghouse).  Mr. Stanley is focused on long term business development using his strong technical skills.  Mr. Stanley has his EE degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
